Logototo Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between logototo ("Platform", "We") and each individual ("Member", "You") who registers or uses the logototo platform, accessible via our official website and mobile app.

By completing the registration process, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms. Acceptance of these Terms also constitutes your agreement to the logototo Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and our platform.

Logototo reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be displayed on the website or sent via the registered email. Continued use of the platform after amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and use logototo services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. logototo does not permit participation by underage individuals in any form and enforces strict age verification during the KYC process.
• Being a real individual registering in your own name — not on behalf of a third party or company.
• Not appearing on any list of prohibited individuals or sanctions imposed by relevant authorities.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at logototo. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using the same or different information — are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with a balance freeze.

Logototo reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Requests from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months with no login activity or transactions.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the logototo support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to applicable rollover requirements.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, logototo reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the disputed activity until the investigation is concluded.

Logototo's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Material changes will be communicated to members via a notice on the website or registered email at least 7 days before taking effect, unless the amendment is made for urgent security or legal compliance reasons.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to logototo's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings are initiated.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be interpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
